Once we receive your referral, a member of the Horizon team will contact you to arrange your first appointment and explain what happens next.

You will be supported by an Exercise Referral Instructor who will help you feel confident, stay on track, and adjust your plan as you progress.

No. The programme is designed for all abilities, including people who are brand new to exercise or returning after time away.

Your plan will be tailored to you, but may include gym based exercise, strength and mobility work, low impact cardio, and other suitable activities at Horizon.

At the end of the programme, you may have the opportunity to continue with a discounted membership so you can keep building on your progress.

Yes. All participants must complete a waiver before entering the arena. For those under 16, a parent or guardian must complete it on their behalf. Waivers will be stored for 12 months; after this time, a new form will be required.

The minimum age to bounce in our main arena during general sessions is 1 year old/walking.

Participants aged 8 years and over can bounce without a parent or guardian present, provided their waiver has been completed by an adult over 18. Anyone under 8 must have a parent or guardian in the hall. Photo ID may be required (we reserve the right to refuse admission).

We highly recommend booking online, via our app or website, before arrival to avoid disappointment. Sessions fill up quickly, especially during peak times. Limited walk in spaces may be available, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. This allows enough time for check in, waiver signing, and safety briefing, particularly during busy period.
