Adult Swimming Lessons
At Horizon Swim School, our adult swimming lessons follow the Swim England Adult Swimming Framework, giving you a clear structure to build confidence and improve your swimming. Whether you’re learning for the first time, getting back into the water after years away, or refining your technique, our teachers will support you step by step.
You’ll work on safe movement, breathing, and stroke technique, so you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control each time you swim. Lessons are friendly, beginner-welcoming, and designed for real progress at your pace.
Adult Framework
Our adult swimming programme follows the Swim England framework, offering a full range of lessons for all abilities.
From non-swimmers and beginners through to improvers, advanced swimmers and SwimFit sessions, there’s a level to suit everyone. Each stage supports progression, builds confidence and improves technique in a structured, supportive environment.
