Long-term conditions swim

Our Long Term Conditions swims are an inclusive swim session that is run by one of our health coaches and a swim teacher.

This class is designed for people with long-term conditions that would benefit from exercising in a pool for the low-impact benefit.

Steady & strong/ PSI

Designed for adults to improve strength, balance, and coordination to prevent falls and maintain independence. Led by experts, these sessions often include a mix of seated and standing exercises, utilising equipment like bands and leg weights.

They typically last about 1 hour and focus on strengthening and flexibility.

Our PSI classes include tips for safely getting up from the floor.

Chair, Strength & Balance class
