Ladies Low Impact Circuits

Low impact circuits focus on improving strength and fitness without putting pressure on your joints.

With no jumping and controlled movements throughout, this class is ideal if you’re looking for a gentler way to stay active.

Ladies Strength Circuits

A small, friendly class focused on helping you feel comfortable using weights while learning the correct techniques.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall fitness, this class is designed to support you at your own pace.

Mondays at 4pm and 5pm

Men’s Circuit Class

This men’s-only circuit class combines cardiovascular, strength, and balance exercises to help you build and maintain your fitness.
