We know that people come in all shapes and sizes and so do our activities; there is an activity for everyone, whatever your age, gender and background.

Our supportive team are here to help and guide you. We are a one-stop-shop for complete mind-body wellness, meaning you can access everything you need right here without visiting multiple specialist locations.

Prioritising your emotional and mental wellbeing is easier with the Horizon Leisure Crèche, designed for busy parents, it provides a nurturing and secure environment, run by qualified and caring staff. You can exercise and focus on your workout with total peace of mind, knowing your family’s needs are well taken care of. The service is free for members and £3.50 per 30 minutes for non-members.

Embracing a more holistic approach means nurturing your mind and body as one, moving beyond just weights and cardio. You can discover the profound benefits of activities like Pilates, yoga, meditation and breathwork, which all help reduce stress, giving you a sense of inner calm.

Movement, Mind, Function, Foundation

Les Mills Body Balance: Harmoniously blends yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates for deep relaxation, increased flexibility and core strength

Les Mills Shapes: An invigorating, low-impact, modern session combining Pilates, sculpt work and power yoga for a total body tone.

Pilates: Essential for building a resilient, balanced body. This safe, controlled discipline improves posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability – perfect for stress relief and injury rehabilitation

 

Pilates for Life: Our exclusive, faster-paced concept. It incorporates flowing exercises and with equipment (including dumbbells and weight plates) to build strength and stamina.

Mobility and Yoga

From gentle to dynamic, our yoga offerings are diverse, ensuring there is a style that resonates with your personal preference:

Hatha Yoga: guides you through a slower sequence of poses, emphasising breath work, the mind-body connection, and often concluding with a deeply meditative relaxation phase.

My Kind of Yoga: offers a flexible mix of flowing and static postures, concentrating on breath and alignment to improve flexibility through achievable movements.

Yoga Flow: concentrates on the smooth transition between postures, connecting movements with the rhythm of the breath.

Fitness Yoga: is a freestyle, dynamic class that provides variations for all postures, making them accessible to everyone, focusing on breath, strength and flexibility before a rewarding relaxation.

CIRCL Mobility: If your focus is on functional movement, CIRCL Mobility is the class for you. This session focuses on flexibility, mobility and breathwork to help you release stress and powerfully restore your natural range of motion.

Alongside our more peaceful and restorative classes detailed above, we provide a full range of traditional fitness options, including modern gyms and extensive weights facilities, specialised Hyrox training, swimming pools and sports such as squash, badminton and pickleball, as well as a huge selection of energetic group exercise classes.
