Our supportive team are here to help and guide you. We are a one-stop-shop for complete mind-body wellness, meaning you can access everything you need right here without visiting multiple specialist locations.
Prioritising your emotional and mental wellbeing is easier with the Horizon Leisure Crèche, designed for busy parents, it provides a nurturing and secure environment, run by qualified and caring staff. You can exercise and focus on your workout with total peace of mind, knowing your family’s needs are well taken care of. The service is free for members and £3.50 per 30 minutes for non-members.

Les Mills Body Balance: Harmoniously blends yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates for deep relaxation, increased flexibility and core strength
