That’s why our gyms are built to be flexible, inclusive, and easy to use whether you’re training solo, joining a class, or just getting started. You can always train at your own pace with no pressure in our open and accessible environments. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk in.

Gym Etiquette
We keep things simple so everyone can enjoy the space. A bit of awareness, a bit of respect, and we’ve got a gym that works for everyone. Please speak to a member of the gym team for any further training advice, including use of gym machines.
Mobile phones
Mobile phones can be used with consideration of others in the gym.
Lockers available
All bags and clothing are to be put into the lockers provided.
Clothing
All gym users must wear appropriate clothing and footwear (no jeans, flip-flops or bare feet).
Cleanliness
Please wipe down the machines after use with the disinfectant and paper towels provided.
Weights
Return all free weights and bars to their racks after use.
Do not drop weight
If you can’t put them down, they are too heavy.
Chalk
No chalk to be used in the gym – only liquid chalk is acceptable.
No bad language
No bad language will be tolerated.
