Following the skills refined in during the Learn to Swim Framework Stages 1-7, swimmers will advance onto the Aquatic Skills Scheme Stages 8–10 for dives, jumps, rolls, and poolside skills. Whether you’re taking your first pool side jump or prepping for elite competition, our comprehensive, award based diving classes provide the perfect blend of safety, skill development, and aquatic confidence.

Diving is only at Havant, all lessons are 30 minutes and are currently £33.00 per month

Artistic Swimming

Artistic swimming embodies the art of blending precise aquatic movements with coordinated choreography, all elegantly set to music. Participants in this captivating sport learn a fusion of graceful gestures, gymnastic elements, and fluid dance techniques within the aquatic realm.

To ensure a seamless transition into synchronised swimming, your aspiring swimmer should have completed at least Level 8 within our Swim School programme, or present an equivalent proficiency from an alternate accredited scheme.

Water Polo

This stage is for children who have completed Stage 7 and are working towards Swim England Stages 8, 9, and 10 of the Water Polo framework. Water polo is an exciting and dynamic sport that offers a fantastic opportunity to continue in aquatics. Swimmers will develop essential skills such as passing, shooting, and defending, while enjoying friendly gameplay that fosters teamwork, strategy, and fitness in the water. It’s a great way for children to challenge themselves and take their aquatic abilities to the next level!

Rookie Lifeguarding

The RLSS Rookie Lifeguard course is designed to introduce young swimmers to essential lifeguarding skills in a fun and engaging way. This course teaches key water safety, rescue techniques, and first aid skills, while promoting teamwork and confidence in the water. Participants will develop a range of practical skills that are vital for water safety, setting the foundation for more advanced lifeguarding qualifications in the future.
