Waterlooville gym offers some of the best value for money exercise facilities available in the area. Staffed by fully qualified friendly gym instructors, who will offer you great advice and motivation to help you achieve your exercise goals. Horizon has a commitment to continuous improvements and last year saw new additional equipment being added.

Waterlooville gym now has a vast range of machines including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, summit trainers, flex-striders, rowers, spinning bikes, stationary bicycles, rowers and exciting new Power Mills. Waterlooville gym has resistance equipment caters for every muscle group in the body and comprises a great selection of free-weight machines and weights alongside a functional training area.

Plan your training around clear, consistent opening hours. Waterlooville Gym is open early mornings through to evenings across the week, with weekend access to keep routines flexible.

Gym Etiquette

Please speak to a member of the gym team for any further training advice, including use of gym machines.

Mobile phones

Mobile phones can be used with consideration of others in the gym.

Lockers available

All bags and clothing are to be put into the lockers provided.

Clothing

All gym users must wear appropriate clothing and footwear (no jeans, flip-flops or bare feet).

Cleanliness 

Please wipe down the machines after use with the disinfectant and paper towels provided.

Weights

Return all free weights and bars to their racks after use.

Do not drop weight

If you can’t put them down, they are too heavy.

Chalk

No chalk to be used in the gym – only liquid chalk is acceptable.
