It is essential to Horizon that our staff and customers are kept safe. To this end, we will undertake the following measures for our team.

A complete health and safety audit is undertaken of each of our staff members’ workspace to ensure that within the workplace, they are working safely and have access to cleaning materials to keep their workspace safe.

If a staff member has any signs of covid, they are expected to take a PCR test and stay home until they have had two negative test results before returning to work.

We would expect customers with symptoms to stay away from Horizon until they are safe to avoid endangering any other customers using the centres.

We have sanitisers for customers to use so they can wipe down any equipment they want. If these are not visible, please ask a member of staff.

All equipment is wiped down with sanitiser regularly throughout the day.

Comfortable clothing, such as shorts or tracksuits, is ideal. Avoid clothing with sharp objects like belt buckles or jewellery. For safety and hygiene, socks must be worn at all times (not included in admission). Replacement socks can be purchased from reception for a fee.
